Jayne Molyneux Jayne is a qualified senior district nurse. She was the first case manager for two years of the programme at Castlefields Health Centre in Runcorn, where she established the working model. She recently returned to this role (part-time). This follows two years as a Development Officer for NatPact. Jayne is working with Conrane Consulting on other case management projects across the UK. |
