We will lead a review of the current service network in long-term conditions to identify key gaps and set development and redesign priorities. Our experts on demand management will identify the scope for moving services currently delivered at hospital level.

Innovative service models
We will work with you to develop bespoke innovative models of service to meet local needs and patterns. The service models are designed to maximize the provision of health services close to patients’ homes and include transferring activity and resource from hospitals.

Staffing redesign and productivity

We offer practical approaches to workforce development. These can include:

• aligning staffing to activity and supply
• redesigning staff roles
• developing competence based training programmes.

We work ‘strategically’ on business plans for public private partnership capital developments, and ‘operationally’ to align staffing to budgetary realities within service quality parameters.

New models of provision

Current projects include developing options for new provider models in primary care and community services.
