Dr Tessa Crilly
Tessa Crilly is a health economist specialising in medical workforce planning, service review and re-engineering and cost-benefit evaluation. She has 10 years experience in the National Health Service (NHS) in workforce planning, business planning and capital planning, first within South Thames Regional Health Authority and then at Kingston Hospital.
She became an independent management consultant in 1993 and has attachments with other consultancy and academic groups, e.g. senior consultant with the Health and Social Care Advisory Service (HASCAS).
Tessa has worked with a wide client base on over 100 projects in the UK, New Zealand, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. She graduated from the London School of Economics where she also obtained a PhD in the field of organisational economics and social policy, examining the motivation and behaviour of NHS Trusts. |
