Our core team
The following consultants have been the core members of our project teams since 2002. We are able to extend this group to up to 25 senior consultants drawing upon our pool of expert associates.
Dr David Cochrane
Director and co-founder of Conrane Consulting. Senior consultant specialising in healthcare strategy, process re-engineering and workforce roles and planning.
Margaret Conroy
Director and co-founder of Conrane Consulting. Senior healthcare consultant with extensive experience right across the human resource agenda including: workforce planning, patient focused care, the redesign of work roles, and education and training.

Information and systems consultant specialising in health service information systems, analysis and support.

Marilyn Hendricks

Andy Gaudette
Healthcare information technology specialist. Successfully developed and implemented technology in: Case management using a web-based system to allow nurses to manage high-risk patients; Custom managed care utilisation reporting using a web-based and PC-based tool.
Vicky Sharp
Experienced senior consultant specialising in the US Care Management system. Recent projects include: redesign of case management programmes, administrative audits, and analysis and revision of policies and procedures to achieve regulatory compliance.
